目的对人工养殖蛤蚧和野生蛤蚧药材品质进行评价,并为蛤蚧的人工养殖规范化提供科学依据。方法通过测定两种来源的蛤蚧的钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、磷(P)、硒(Se)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)6种元素的含量并进行比较分析。结果养殖和野生蛤蚧这6种元素含量较为丰富,如钙元素的含量高于4.51%,野生蛤蚧锌元素含量高达52.0 mg/kg;除铜、锌元素外,两种来源的蛤蚧中磷、钙、镁、硒4种元素的含量均相差不大。结论作为药材使用人工养殖和野生蛤蚧应该是安全等效的。
Objective To evaluate the quality of medicinal materials of gecko and wild gecko in order to provide a scientific basis for the standardization of gecko artificial breeding. Methods The contents of Ca, Mg, P, Se, Zn and Cu in two species of gecko were determined and compared. Results The contents of six elements in aquaculture and wild gecko are abundant, such as the content of calcium is higher than 4.51% and the content of zinc in wild gecko as high as 52.0 mg / kg. Except copper and zinc, the content of phosphorus, calcium , Magnesium, selenium content of four elements are the same. Conclusion It is safe and equitable to use artificial breeding and wild gecko as medicinal materials.
