随着智能电网建设发展,电力光纤的应用日益广泛,承载业务日益重要。北京市架空入地环境治理工作的逐步深入,城区架空弱电线将被逐步清除,架空光缆敷设难以开展,在10 k V导线敷设光缆已经不被允许。研究全介质自承式(All-Dielectric Self-Supporting,ADSS)光缆在配网输电线路相间敷设技术、研制绝缘型光缆金具,解决存量配电网线路的光纤覆盖问题实现公司光纤到变台到柱上开关的要求。当输电线路已经架设有地线,且剩余寿命还相当长,需要尽快以低安装费用建设光缆系统,同时避免停电作业等前提下,采用ADSS光缆有很大优势。ADSS技术提供了另一种电力通信解决方案。
