医院感染管理是当前医疗管理的一项重大课题,是医院管理的重要组成部分,尤其是团场医院对感染管理工作的重视还很不够,无论是软件还是硬件离医院感染管理规范要求都有相当差距,直接影响到医疗质量的提高,影响到团场职工及外来打工人员的健康水平。本人就团场医院感染管理工作中存在的问题作一简要分析并提出相应对策。1存在的问题
