目的:比较5种不同种植密度蕲艾中桉油精的含量。方法:采用气相色谱法。色谱柱为HP-5毛细管色谱柱,以环己酮为内标,载气为氮气,流速为0.6 ml/min,进样口温度240℃,检测器温度250℃,分流比为10∶1,进样量为1μl。结果:桉油精质量浓度在0.420 4~1.261 2 mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤0.92%;平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.4%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,重复性良好,可用于蕲艾中桉油精含量的测定。建议蕲艾最佳种植密度为行距30 cm×40 cm。
Objective: To compare the contents of eucalyptol in five different planting densities. Methods: Gas chromatography. The column was HP-5 capillary column with cyclohexanone as internal standard, the carrier gas was nitrogen, the flow rate was 0.6 ml / min, the inlet temperature was 240 ℃, the detector temperature was 250 ℃, the split ratio was 10:1, Injection volume of 1μl. Results: The concentration of eucalyptol in the range of 0.420 4 ~ 1.261 2 mg / ml showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.999 9). The RSD of precision, stability and repeatability test was less than or equal to 0.92% The sample recovery was 99.6% with a RSD of 1.4% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of eucalyptol in Elaeocarpus. It is suggested that the optimum planting density of Aedes alba is about 30 cm × 40 cm.
