目的探讨辛伐他汀对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的抗炎及调节细胞凋亡的作用及其机制。方法随机将60例COPD稳定期患者分为干预组和对照组,干预组给予辛伐他汀20 mg顿服,治疗8周,于治疗前、后记录临床症状得分并检查肺功能、血浆Fas/Apo-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白介素-8(IL-8)的含量。健康对照组27例,不予处理,只采血检测。结果COPD稳定期患者血浆Fas/Apo-1、TNF-αI、L-8水平均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);治疗后干预组和对照组的FEV1和FEV1占预计值(%)较本组治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05),临床症状得分、Fas/Apo-1、TNF-αI、L-8水平两组相比明显降低(P<0.05);干预组的临床症状得分、Fas/Apo-1、TNF-αI、L-8水平均较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),而COPD对照组治疗前、后差异不显著。结论辛伐他汀对COPD稳定期患者有抗炎和调节细胞凋亡作用。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of simvastatin on anti-inflammatory and apoptosis-regulating cells in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Sixty patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Simvastatin 20 mg was given to the intervention group for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, clinical symptom score and pulmonary function, plasma Fas / Apo -1, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-8 (IL-8). 27 cases of healthy control group, untreated, only blood test. Results The plasma levels of Fas / Apo-1, TNF-αI and L-8 in patients with stable COPD were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.05). After treatment, FEV1 and FEV1 accounted for the predicted value (% (P> 0.05). The scores of clinical symptoms, Fas / Apo-1, TNF-αI and L-8 levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group , Fas / Apo-1, TNF-αI and L-8 in patients with COPD were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), while those in COPD control group were not significantly different before and after treatment. Conclusion Simvastatin has anti-inflammatory and apoptosis-controlling effects in stable COPD patients.
