小学生在离开父母呵护,进入学校集体生活,学生从生活上和心理上都会存在不适应的现状。如何开展好寄宿管理工作,引导学生适应并爱上宿舍集体生活,在管理教育中更好地培养学生的沟通能力、个人自理能力和合作能力,是当前小学学校管理的重点问题。
Pupils in leaving their parents care, into the school collective life, students from life and psychology there will be not suited to the status quo. How to carry out boarding management, to guide students to adapt to and fall in love with the dormitory collective life, in management education to better develop students’ communication skills, self-care ability and ability to cooperate, is the focus of the current primary school management.
