大学生犯罪率的逐年上升,已成为不可忽视的社会问题。为此,研究大学生犯罪的现状和特点,探索大学生犯罪的原因,寻求预防大学生犯罪的措施,是学校、家长、法律工作者,乃至全社会的共同责任和历史使命。随着依法治国和构建社会主义和谐社会战略思想的确立和实施,客观上要求高校培养的人才必须具备较高的法律素质。高校要采取各种措施教育学生,减少大学生违法犯罪。
The gradual increase in the crime rate of college students has become a social issue that can not be ignored. Therefore, it is the common responsibility and historical mission of schools, parents, legal workers and even the whole society to study the status quo and characteristics of college students ’crime, to explore the reasons for college students’ crimes and to seek measures to prevent college students from committing crimes. With the establishment and implementation of the strategic thinking of governing the country according to law and building a harmonious socialist society, it is objectively required that the personnel trained by colleges and universities must have a high legal quality. Colleges and universities should take various measures to educate their students and reduce their crimes.
