外伤性离体牙再植成功已为常见,但离体牙超过20小时以上再植成功则不多见,本文介绍3例以供参考。例1 荣×,男,26岁,工人。因骑自行车不慎跌地,致2枚上前牙跌落20小时。口腔检查见(?)缺失,牙槽呈扩张形,血块充盈良好,(?)唇侧牙槽嵴骨板可摇动。(?)脱落牙患者自带,牙体完整。处理:于局麻下清理牙创,先将(?)牙体表面去污后,经75%酒精浸泡15分钟后盐水冲洗立即植入原位,调(牙合),未用固定。术后嘱患者2周内忌用再值牙咬切和用手摇功。术后局部涂碘甘油1日3次,全身应用抗菌素预
