通过毛细现象制备苯端基十二硅烷齐聚物 (PhMS1 2 )薄膜 ,发现该薄膜在室温下具有分子链垂直于衬底的层状结构排列方式。极化偏光显微镜照片显示PhMS1 2薄膜具有均匀畴区 ,平均线度达到几百微米。极化吸收光谱证明畴区内这种有序的分子排列导致分子面取向具有相同趋势 ,差热分析证明PhMS1 2在 1 2 6~ 1 3 3℃之间呈现液晶性 ,进一步分析表明这种高温状态呈现的液晶性使分子产生有序排列 ,这种有序排列能够从液晶态保持到晶态。
The thin film of phenyl end-dodecyl silane oligomer (PhMS12) was prepared by capillary phenomenon and found to have a layered arrangement of molecular chains perpendicular to the substrate at room temperature. Polarized polarized light microscopy photographs show that the PhMS1 2 film has a homogeneous domain with an average linearity of a few hundred micrometers. Polarized absorption spectra show that this orderly molecular arrangement in the domain leads to the same trend of molecular orientation. Differential thermal analysis shows that PhMS1 2 exhibits liquid crystallinity between 122 and 133 ° C. Further analysis shows that this high temperature The liquid crystallinity presented by the states causes the molecules to be arranged in an orderly arrangement that can be maintained from the liquid crystalline to the crystalline state.
