1 微电子技术的应用微电子技术应用分为两类,一类用于加强机械自身的监控,保障机械安全作业,提高机械的可靠性;另一类用于与压实相关的监控,即保证压实质量,提高压实效率.这里仅对第二类进行讨论.压实的目的是以尽可能少的费用使压实材料达到指定的密实度.常规的密实度检测方法如灌砂法、水泡法、环刀法等都需在压实层中挖洞,这样既费时、费力,而且易损坏已压实的材料.
