目的总结分析重症监护室临床护理中人文关怀的应用效果。方法病例选自我院2014年5月至2016年5月期间的重症监护室患者,随机命名为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组常规护理,观察组常规护理联合人文关怀护理,回顾分析两组患者的护理效果。结果在护理完成后的焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量评分以及护理满意度方面,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论重症监护室患者在护理中采用人文关怀,能够改善患者的异常心理,提高患者睡眠质量,促进临床护理服务质量的提升,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To summarize and analyze the application effect of humanistic care in clinical nursing of intensive care unit. Methods Patients were selected from intensive care unit patients from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital. Randomly named as observation group and control group, there were 45 cases in each group, routine nursing in control group and nursing care in observation group in combination with humanistic care. Analysis of two groups of patients nursing effect. Results The anxiety, depression, quality of sleep score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05) after the completion of the nursing care, with statistical significance. Conclusion ICU patient care in the use of human care, can improve the patient’s abnormal psychology, improve patient quality of sleep, and promote the improvement of clinical nursing service quality, worthy of clinical application.
