介绍了实验室使用两段式冷却工艺试制的600 MPa级热轧双相钢的化学成分及相变规律,利用光学显微镜、SEM以及拉伸试验对双相钢的微观组织和力学性能进行检测分析。结果表明:试验用钢的Ac1和Ac3分别为785、940℃;经830℃终轧后,空冷10 s到750℃,在750℃开始快冷至卷取温度(≤200℃),可得到室温组织为铁素体(86.5%)+马氏体的热轧双相钢,其屈服强度为327.1 MPa,抗拉强度为651.6 MPa,加工硬化率高达0.235,伸长率达25.7%。
The chemical composition and phase transformation of 600 MPa hot-rolled dual-phase steel were introduced. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the dual-phase steel were analyzed by optical microscope, SEM and tensile test . The results show that Ac1 and Ac3 of test steel are 785 and 940 ℃, respectively. After finish rolling at 830 ℃, air cooling is carried out for 10 s to 750 ℃, rapid cooling begins at 750 ℃ to coiling temperature (≤200 ℃) The hot-rolled duplex steel with ferrite (86.5%) and martensite has a yield strength of 327.1 MPa, a tensile strength of 651.6 MPa, a work-hardening ratio of up to 0.235 and an elongation of 25.7%.
