没有哪一种组织文化本身就是不好的或错误的。为了顺利执行各种各样的任务,几乎所有的组织都需要混合不同的文化。当然这样做的前提是每种文化都必须了解与尊重其他文化。有太多的组织因为独尊一种文化而阻碍了其他文化的发展。
No organizational culture is bad or wrong in itself. Almost all organizations need to mix different cultures in order to successfully carry out a variety of tasks. Of course, the premise is that every culture must understand and respect other cultures. Too many organizations have hampered the development of other cultures because of one culture alone.
