本文对TiN涂层的耐腐蚀性能进行了试验研究。除采用几种较弱的腐蚀介质外,还在H2SO4溶液、HCl溶液中对TiN涂层样品做了浸泡试验。所有结果表明:涂层后的样品。其耐腐蚀性能比未涂层样品提高几倍至十几倍。同时,在 NaCl溶液、人工汗液和酸溶液中,分别测定了涂层和未涂层样品的电化学行为。TiN涂层表现出较高的溶解电位,说明它在热力学上。对上述化学介质是比较稳定的。致密TiN涂层的耐腐蚀能力优于不锈钢,但是如果涂层有贯穿的针孔或涂展太薄时,则涂层试样也会被腐蚀。
In this paper, the corrosion resistance of TiN coating was studied. In addition to the use of several weak corrosive media, but also in H2SO4 solution, HCl solution TiN coating samples soaking test. All results show: coated samples. Its corrosion resistance than uncoated samples increased several times to ten times. Meanwhile, the electrochemical behavior of coated and uncoated samples was measured in NaCl solution, artificial sweat solution and acid solution respectively. The TiN coating shows a higher dissolution potential, indicating that it is thermodynamically. The chemical medium is relatively stable. The dense TiN coating has better corrosion resistance than stainless steel, but if the coating has penetrating pinholes or the coating is too thin, the coated samples can also be eroded.
