改革开放30多年来,我国的经济体制得到了不断的发展和完善,逐渐从计划经济转变到了市场经济,国际化的经济竞争是现代企业竞争中存在的主要方式,对于私营企业来说,起步比较晚,发展的也不够成熟和完善,要想在现代激烈的社会竞争中取得更快更好的发展和进步,就必须不断的提高私营企业的财务管理能力,减少私营企业开展和运行中存在的不必要的损失和风险,促进私营企业的可持续发展和进步,然而就目前情况来看,私营企业的财务管理工作虽然受到了企业相关领导和工作人员的关心和重视,但是在实际运行中依旧存在一些问题和不足,所以本文就现阶段私营企业财务管理中存在的问题进行了阐述,并且提出了行之有效的解决措施。
