本文首先论述了目前世界油轮运输的概况,对油轮船队的类型、吨位界限及油轮航线作了概括的说明,指出五十年代以来油轮船队的发展十分迅速。文章继续阐明了三十年来油轮运输发展的特点,在分析统计数字的基础上,指出三十年来油轮运输的发展大致经历了“迅速发展、缓慢发展、大发展、肖条与不稳定”这样的四个时期。最后,作者对油轮运输发展应考虑的因素,作了系统的论述,并指明今后油轮运输发展的前景和趋势。
This paper first discusses the present situation of global tanker transportation, and gives a general description of the types of tanker fleets, tonnage boundaries and tanker routes. It points out that the development of oil tanker fleets has been very rapid since the 1950s. Based on the analysis of statistics, the paper points out that the development of oil tanker transportation has undergone three stages of rapid development, slow development, great development, weak regulation and instability Four periods. Finally, the author gives a systematic exposition of the factors that should be considered in the development of oil tanker transportation and points out the prospects and trends of the development of oil tanker transportation in the future.
