世界卫生组织(WHO)提出了老年人膳食营养的新标准。蛋白质:应占膳食总量的10%~15%。膳食中的蛋白质如果过多,会增加肝肾负担;倘若过少,则会发生营养不良。
The World Health Organization (WHO) set a new standard for dietary nutrition for the elderly. Protein: should account for 10% of the total diet 15%. If the diet of protein too much, will increase the burden on liver and kidney; if less, malnutrition occurs.
