通过几种植物激素诱导效应的比较,对石刁柏外植体直接诱导不定芽分化和丛生苗根分化的作用进行了研究,结果表明:诱导不定芽分化的适宜浓度:BA为0.5—1.0mg/l,KT为0.5—1.5mg/l,NAA为0.5—1.0mg/l,IAA为0.5—2.0mg/l;IBA在1.0—2.5mg/l的浓度下均能高效的诱导丛生苗生根,添加NAA与之配合,生根率可达90.6%,添加KT不利于丛生苗的根分化。
The effects of inducing plant hormones induced by several plant hormones were studied. The effects of direct induction of adventitious bud differentiation and tufted root differentiation on the explants of Asparagus officinalis were studied.
