给出了一个新的关于声表面波反射延迟线理论分析方法,基于波动方程和Chen-Haus理论、利用变分方法研究了压电基底上金属短路栅阵中声表面波传输特性,得到其精确反射系数.之后,实验研制了一个用41°YXLiNbO3、单相单向换能器和三个短路反射栅构成的434MHz声表面波反射延迟线,测量值与理论分析基本一致,器件具有尖锐反射峰、高信噪比等特性.
A new theoretical analysis method of SAW reflection delay line is given. Based on the wave equation and Chen-Haus theory, the variational method is used to study the SAW transmission characteristics of metal short-circuit array on piezoelectric substrate, After the experiment, a 434MHz SAW reflection delay line with 41 ° YXLiNbO3, single-phase unidirectional transducer and three short-circuit reflectors was experimentally developed. The measured values are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis. The device has sharp reflection peaks , High signal to noise ratio and other characteristics.
