中国外运上海公司(上海外运)创建于1953年,职工2000余名,下属有5个全资子公司,3个控股中外合资企业,是中国外运集团(SINOTRANS)在国内最大的口岸公司。 在总公司和上海市外经贸委的领导下,1993年以来公司坚持规模经营,不断通过调整结构,加强企业管理,努力适应开放的市场要求,在为上海口岸外贸进出口货物搞好运输服务的同时,促进了外运自身的发展。
Founded in 1953, Sinotrans Shanghai Company (Sinotrans) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinotrans Group (SINOTRANS), which owns more than 2,000 employees and 5 wholly-owned subsidiaries and is the largest port company in the country . Under the leadership of the Head Office and the Shanghai Foreign Economic and Trade Commission, since 1993, the Company has adhered to the principle of “large-scale operation” and continued to improve transportation services for the import and export goods of Shanghai Port by continuously adjusting its structure, strengthening its management and making efforts to meet the requirements of an open market. At the same time, Sinotrans has promoted its own development.
