编者:别让网络“网”住孩子互联网的高速发展,给人们的生活带来了极大的便捷,并为青少年的成长与发展提供了广泛的空间。但是,夹杂在网络上的诸多不良信息,也给自我保护意识和防范侵害的能力相对薄弱、缺乏分析能力的青少年带来了负面影响,以致荒废学业,引发网络病症,甚至因网上交友不慎而走向犯罪。对此,有人称之为“网络问题”。在近年来本刊编辑部收到的来稿来信中,有不少就涉及这个问题。其中,一位署名小蕾的女孩,还在来信中诉说了她被网络“网”住而沦落的经过。她说:“从初二开始,我的行为有了巨大的变化,一放学,第一件事就是上网,OICQ ICQ E-mail吸引着我稚嫩的心灵。上网认识了许多当初我眼中所认为的好朋友,其实不然,那些人简直是……我不知该怎么来描述他们”。但她就是抵挡不住这个诱惑,以致厌学,弃学,先后三次离家出走,和那些“网友”厮混在一起。没有钱花了,就去偷别人的手机。她说:“公安念我还小,给我吃了一个警告处分。现在学校已作出让我退学的决定,我不知道该怎么办?”面对这种因迷恋网络而走上邪途的孩子,相信谁都会感到不安和揪心,何况,类似小蕾那样的情况,在当前青少年中并不罕见。所幸的是,“网络问题”已引起全社会的警惕和关注,今年全国“两会”期间,还成了人大代表、政协委员?
