2月26日,是亦庄大喜的日子,亦庄新生活区的第一个项目——样本内部认购在样本售楼处火爆进行,同时开展样本 VIP 贵宾卡现场销售活动。场面火爆,认购升为抢购开发商北京嘉源置业保持了它一贯含蓄、内敛的低调作风,事前并没有做大量媒体炒作,但整个活动现场异常火爆,出乎开发商的意料。特别是认号时场面一度出现失控,推出的30张贵宾卡在短短地20分钟被一抢而空。开发商为了答谢客户,满足客户的需求,不得不再放出25套房号,也在十分钟内被一抢而空。
