企业对人才的需要正向高素质方向发展,职业劳动者的整体素质和职业能力是经济发展的质量和水平的决定因素,而外语应用能力是我国职业人必须具备的职业核心能力。职业需求导向下的高职英语课程改革就是要以人才市场需求为导向,培养核心能力,关注学生个体需求和职业发展需要,通过项目化教学、专业实训、完善教学评估体系、革新教材、学分制改革和网络课程教学等方式完善高职高专人才培养模式。
The need of talents in enterprises is developing toward high quality. The overall quality and occupational ability of professional workers are the decisive factors in the quality and level of economic development.
