目的:在北京地坛医院建立具有生物安全保护Ⅲ级(BSL-3)尸体解剖实验室,进行SARS尸体病理解剖、标本采集和发病机制研究,以确保工作人员的安全、确保周围环境的安全、标本的传送的安全。材料和方法:BSL-3尸体解剖室实行区域隔离,将实验室分为污染区、缓冲区、半污染区和清洁区。通过对送风和排风的严格控制,清洁区为正常大气压区,半污染区为负压区(约-10pa),污染区为更小的负压区(约-30pa)。实验室内气流按照气压梯度自清洁区向污染区定向流动,送入实验室内是经高效过滤的新风,排出实验室的空气经过高效过滤器净化处理。缓冲区1位于污染区与半污染区之间,为解剖后工作人员的外防护服的多方位药液消毒、自消毒风淋再消毒区域。缓冲区2位于污染区与太平间之间,也是污染物品外通道。半污染区设有自消毒风淋系统,随时杀灭可能进入半污染区的微量病毒。全部进入污染区的工作人员都穿戴防毒面具和无渗漏防化服。进入半污染区的工作人员必须戴防毒面具,穿隔离服。结果:①将模拟SARS的污染物大量弥散于污染区,在污染区内穿戴防毒面具和无渗漏防化服的工作人员经过缓冲区1的多方位药液消毒、自消毒风淋再消毒后,并进入半污染区和清洁区,在半污染区和清洁区检测不到污染物。②经高效过滤后,实验室内排出周围环境的?
