采用模拟调频方案,设计了一种小型化线性调频微波收发(T/R)组件。该微波T/R组件在实现所需的调频中心频率和带宽的同时,保证了调频稳定度。T/R组件的调频中心频率为(4 300±15)MHz,调制带宽为(150±1)MHz,调制线性度小于1.2,发射功率大于20dBm,接收噪声系数小于3dB,收发隔离度大于80dB。此T/R组件的尺寸仅为50mm×40mm×12.3mm,在同类型产品中具有较明显优势。
Using analog FM scheme, a miniaturized LFM transceiver (T / R) module is designed. The microwave T / R module ensures the FM stability while achieving the required FM center frequency and bandwidth. The T / R module has a center frequency of (4 300 ± 15) MHz, a modulation bandwidth of (150 ± 1) MHz, a modulation linearity of less than 1.2, a transmit power of more than 20 dBm, a receive noise figure of less than 3 dB, and a transmit / receive isolation of more than 80 dB. The size of this T / R module is only 50mm × 40mm × 12.3mm, with obvious advantages in the same type of products.
