1.吃素促长寿:很多人都认为吃素可以长寿,因此长期不沾荤腥。这种吃法的后果是造成某些营养素的缺乏,引起多种慢性病。人类所需蛋白质有两大类,一类是完全蛋白质,包括必需氨基酸在内的所有氨基酸,奶类、肉、禽、蛋、鱼虾和蛋白质属此类;另一类是不完全蛋白质,所含氨基酸数量不足,且缺乏某种必需氨基酸,植物蛋白即属此类。所以吃素不但不能长寿,还会造成营养缺乏,引起贫血、免疫力下降、骨折、浮肿等疾病。
