由露天开采研究所承担,云南小龙潭煤矿及云南煤矿设计院等单位参加的斗轮挖掘机性能测试方法的研究课题于1986年12月1日通过了部级技术鉴定。 该课题的研究采用了先进的测试手段和方法,在露天矿采掘工作面对斗轮挖掘机的主要使用性能进行了测试研究。课题的研究内容是:切割力、斗轮驱动电机功率、行走电机功率、斗轮臂架危险断面应力及斗轮臂架振动等的测试和部分专用传感器的研制。 经过近两年的工作及现场测试表明,测试系统选择合理,测试方法简单易行,传感器的研制有较先进水平,测试数据可靠。研究成果对矿山使用、维护斗轮挖掘机及设计、科研部门改进设计提供了基础数据。研究的测试方法和手段适用于各种斗轮挖掘机及类似机械的性能测试。
The research topic of the bucket wheel excavator performance testing method undertaken by the Institute of Opencast Mining, the units of Yunnan Little Longtan Coal Mine and the Yunnan Coal Mining Design Institute passed the ministerial technical appraisal on December 1, 1986. The research of the subject uses advanced testing methods and methods to test the main performance of bucket wheel excavators in surface mining. The research topics are: cutting force, bucket wheel drive motor power, walking motor power, bucket wheel jib dangerous cross-section stress and bucket wheel jib vibration test and some special sensors. After nearly two years of work and field tests show that the choice of test system is reasonable, the test method is simple and easy, the development of the sensor has a more advanced level, the test data is reliable. The research results provide the basic data for mine use, maintenance of bucket wheel excavator, design improvement and scientific research department design. The test methods and methods studied are suitable for the performance testing of various bucket wheel excavators and similar machines.
