在市场竞争环境中,企业必须通过富有成效的培训开发来提升员工队伍的胜任素质和工作绩效,凭此与时俱进地支撑企业发展战略的实施和市场竞争力的提升。实践表明,培训开发在企业发展中发挥着引领员工学习与发展的重要作用,同时培训开发必须符合企业发展的战略导向和人才发展的基本规律。本文通过总结M公司建立与逐步完善基于人才发展要求的培训开发策略与体系建构的实践过程,阐述对企业培训开发的认识与思考。
In the competitive environment of the market, companies must use effective training and development to improve the competency and performance of the workforce, and in keeping with the times, support the implementation of corporate development strategies and enhance market competitiveness. Practice shows that training and development play an important role in the development of the enterprise to lead the learning and development of employees. At the same time, training and development must conform to the strategic orientation of enterprise development and the basic laws of human development. This article summarizes the practical process of the training and development strategy and system construction based on the requirements of the development of M company to establish and gradually improve the understanding of the enterprise training and development.
