应用主成分分析研究不同地区枸杞中多糖和金属元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca、M、Na、K之间的相关性。结果表明3个主成分可以解释多糖和这些金属元素之间的相关性,其主成分得分可用于对不同产地枸杞子质量的综合评价,证实了多糖和金属元素Ca、Mg、Na、K之间存在显著地相关性。多糖和常量金属元素Ca、Mg、Na、K是影响枸杞质量的重要因素,微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe也是不可忽视的因素。研究为以后不同产地枸杞的开发利用奠定了基础。
The principal component analysis was used to study the correlation between polysaccharides and Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ca, M, Na and K in Lycium barbarum in different regions. The results showed that the three principal components could explain the correlation between polysaccharides and these metal elements. The principal component score could be used to evaluate the quality of Lycium barbarum in different habitats. The results confirmed that the polysaccharides and Ca, Mg, Na and K There is a significant correlation. Polysaccharides and metal elements Ca, Mg, Na, K are important factors that affect the quality of Lycium barbarum L. Trace elements Cu, Zn, Fe are also not negligible factors. The research laid the foundation for the future development and utilization of Chinese wolfberry in different areas.
