澳大利亚因其家庭住房自有率稳居西方国家前列,素有“房东之国”的美名。澳统计部门的最新数据显示,七成的澳大利亚家庭完全或部分拥有住房产权,租房户占比不足三成。而这与澳大利亚悠久的合作建房传统息息相关。
Australia ranks first in the Western countries for its home ownership rate and is known as the “country of the landlord”. The latest statistics from the Australian Department of Statistics show that 70% of Australian households own the property rights in their homes completely or partially, accounting for less than 30% of rented homes.
