随着中国经济发展水平的不断提高,水电事业的发展条件也日益成熟,水电企业如何把握发展机遇,更好地做好职工思想政治教育工作也成为热点问题。本文从水电企业的现状出发,在对企业职员的思想政治教育现状进行了具体分析的情况下,着重归纳和探究了如何加强职工思想政治教育的策略,为促进水电企业长久健康发展提供理论支持和实践意见。
