本刊介绍了我国庆安公司和西北工业大学共同试验成功热去毛刺先进工艺的消息以后,引起了国内很大兴趣,有的工厂也相继试验成功。热去毛刺法是将要去毛刺的机械加工件或压铸件装在密闭的高压容器内,用氢氧气体快速燃烧将毛刺飞边迅速地烧掉,具有效率高、质量好、成本低等特点。目前国外热去毛刺法又有了新的发展,广泛地使用天然气代替氢气,进一步降低了成本。最近苏联还研究改进热去毛刺机的结构,从而进一步简化了设备,提高了安全性,并改善了劳动环境,现将该装置结构介绍于后,供读者参考。
This article introduces the news that our country Qing’an Company and Northwestern Polytechnical University have jointly tested the successful hot deburring process, which aroused great interest in China. Some factories also succeeded in succession. Hot deburring method is to deburring machined parts or die castings in a sealed high pressure vessel, with fast burning oxyhydrogen gas bur bur bur burned quickly, with high efficiency, good quality, low cost and so on. At present, there is a new development of foreign thermal deburring method, and extensive use of natural gas instead of hydrogen further reduces the cost. Recently, the Soviet Union has also studied to improve the structure of the thermal deburring machine, thus further simplifying the equipment, improving safety and improving the working environment. Now, the structure of the device is introduced for readers’ reference.
