本文采用离体家兔心脏制备心肌细胞膜,观察了ATP-MgCl_2,和ATP对缺血缺氧心肌细胞膜钠钾-ATP酶活性的影响及活性变化规律,探讨了ATP-MgCl_2,对心肌的保护机制。实验中发现,ATP-MgCl_2,对缺血缺氧心肌的保护作用优于ATP,家兔心脏缺氧5,10,20,30 min时,其心肌细胞膜钠钾-ATP酶活性分别下降至59.57%,44.64%,23.66%,9.96%,缺氧60min时,其活性完全消失,给予ATP-MgCl_2以后,除了60 min组以外,各缺血组的钠钾-ATP酶活性都有显著的提高,缺血60 min组其活性未见恢复,给予ATP以后钠钾-ATP酶活性也有一定的提高,但其效果不明显。ATP-MsCl_2组与ATP组之间有显著性差异。
In this paper, the myocardial membrane was prepared from the heart of isolated rabbit hearts. The effects of ATP-MgCl 2 and ATP on the activity of Na-K-ATPase and the activity of ATP-MgCl 2 were investigated. The protective mechanism of ATP-MgCl 2 on myocardium . It was found that ATP-MgCl 2 had a better protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury than ATP. At 5, 10, 20, 30 min, the activity of Na + -ATPase decreased to 59.57% , 44.64%, 23.66%, 9.96%, respectively. The activities disappeared completely at 60 min after hypoxia. After ATP-MgCl 2, except for 60 min, the activity of Na + K-ATPase in each ischemic group increased significantly, The activity of Na + -ATPase in blood for 60 min did not recover, and the activity of Na + K-ATPase increased slightly after ATP administration, but the effect was not obvious. There was a significant difference between ATP-MsCl 2 group and ATP group.
