本溪市老科技工作者协会(简称本溪市老科协)现有12个专业学组,13个基层分会,11个科技实体,502名会员。它的主要任务是为全市7340名退离休科技人员开拓老有所为之路,贯彻江总书记题词“团结广大退离休科技工作者为科技进步经济繁荣社会发展民族振兴再作贡献”的精神。我们的事业正在开始,但如何认识和亢分发挥退离休科技人员在社会主义建设中的战略作用问题,是值得研究和探讨的。
Benxi City Association of older workers (referred to as Benxi City Association of Science and Technology) existing 12 professional learning group, 13 grassroots branch, 11 science and technology entities, 502 members. Its main task is to open up the way for the city's 7340 retired scientists and technicians and carry out the spirit of General Secretary Jiang's inscription “Unite the vast number of workers who have rested from science and technology to make contribution to the rejuvenation of the nation for the scientific and technological progress, economic prosperity and social development.” Our cause is beginning. However, it is worth studying and discussing how to recognize and exert its strategic role of exiting scientific and technological personnel from socialism.
