常常看到这样的现象:一位在校的好学生到校外乘车时,照样抢座位;一位在教师面前手脚勤快的学生,回到家又是一个好吃懒做的小公主、小少爷。这种“双重人格”的现象说明了我们对学生进行的思想教育工作具有表面化和简单化等问题。道德教育的要求无法变成学生内在的自觉行动,道德教育知识没有内化为学生的道德意识,无法让学生产生自我要求的道德行为习惯。这些迫使我们重新考虑思想道德教育学生道德素质培养实效性的问题。
Often see such a phenomenon: a good student at school to ride outside the school, still grab the seat; a teacher in front of hands and feet diligent students, home is a good lazy little princess, young master. This phenomenon of “double personality” shows that the ideological education we carry out for students is superficial and simplistic. The requirement of moral education can not become the conscious action of students. The moral education knowledge does not internalize the students’ moral awareness and can not make students produce self-demanded moral behavior. These forces us to reconsider the question of how to cultivate the moral quality of students in ideological and moral education.
