目的：对卵巢早衰和储备功能低下患者采用坤泰胶囊进行治疗，观察和分析其治疗的临床效果。方法：将我院此次收治的100例卵巢早衰和储备功能低下患者，按照随机数字表法将此次所收治的患者分组为试验组和对照组，各为50例；对照组：对患者采用龟鹿调经汤进行治疗；试验组：在对照组治疗基础上，给患者采用坤泰胶囊进行治疗。结果：两组患者的血清性激素水平与治疗有一定的改善，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；但是两组患者进行比较（P＞0．05）。试验组治疗有效率明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：临床上，对卵巢早衰和储备功能低下患者采用坤泰胶囊治疗，有效地改善患者的卵巢早衰和储备功能症状，缓解其的卵巢功能。“,”objective to ovarian premature aging ,and a low reserve function were treated by kuntai capsule treatment ,observe and analyze the clinical effect of treatment .Methods to the premature aging and treated 100 cases of ovarian function in patients with low ,according to random number table method to the patients were grouped into test group and control group ,each of 50 cases ;Control group :treatment of patients with deer turtle soup of regulate the menstrual function ;Treatment group :on the basis of the control treatment ,give treatment were treated by kuntai capsule .Results the serum sex hormone levels and treatment of the two groups of patients have certain to improve ,signifi-cant difference ,statistically significant (P0 .05) .Group treatment effectiveness is better than control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion clinically ,premature aging and reserves to the ovary function were treated by kuntai capsule treat-ment ,effectively improve the symptoms of premature aging and in patients with ovarian function ,relieve the ovarian function .
