对青岛高炉储铁式铁沟的应用进行了总结。为解决单出铁口铁沟挡渣梁存在的易裂纹问题,开发出性能优良的复合式挡渣梁,并采用顶制件及快速更换技术,对铁沟实施有效可靠的设计及维护,延长了铁沟的使用寿命。
The application of blast furnace iron trenches in Qingdao was summarized. In order to solve the problem of easy crack in the single iron outlet ditch slag beam, the composite slag-retaining beam with excellent performance was developed and the top part and rapid replacement technology were used to implement effective and reliable design and maintenance of the iron trenches and extend Iron Trench life.
