针对余吾煤业瓦斯含量高,掘进过程瓦斯涌出强度大,掘进速度低,本煤层钻孔深度不够,结合澳大利亚威利朗沃公司VLD-1000-T型定向钻机,以N2202工作面为例,对实际瓦斯抽采效果进行考察对比发现,高位裂隙带钻孔的瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采纯量均高于普通裂隙带钻孔,距煤层顶板50 m以上裂隙钻孔抽采效果低于低层位裂隙钻孔,千米钻机钻孔成孔层位控制在距煤层顶板25~40 m,通过提升负压可有效加强千米钻机钻孔的抽采效果。
In view of the high gas content in Yuwu coal mine, large gas emission intensity in tunneling process, low tunneling speed and insufficient depth of drilling in this coal seam, taking N2202 face as an example in combination with VLD-1000-T directional drilling rig of Australia Willy Lango Company Comparing the actual gas drainage results, it is found that the gas drainage concentration and pumping capacity of the high fissure zone borehole are higher than those of ordinary fissure zone. The fractured borehole above 50 m away from the coal seam roof is less effective than the lower level Fissured borehole and drill hole drilled in km drilling rig are controlled at the depth of 25-40 m from the roof of coal seam. The pumping effect of drilling of 1000 m drilling rig can be effectively strengthened by raising negative pressure.
