目的分析金华市2005-2014年人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)的检测状况,为检测策略的制定提供科学依据。方法以艾滋病综合防治信息系统中报告的HIV检测数据为依据,采用IBM SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果2005-2014年,对金华市9个县(市、区)的医疗机构人群、重点人群、供血人群、羁押人员和其他人员共5 997 251人进行HIV检测,检出HIV抗体阳性2149人,阳性率为0.036%。HIV检测人数各年平均增长率为32.67%;各年间与县区间的HIV阳性检出率差异均有统计学意义(χ2=57.714,P<0.05;χ2=265.499,P<0.05);全市检测人群来源的变化明显,医疗机构检测量逐年增加,重点人群及羁押人员的检测量增加趋势不明显。2014年医疗机构的检测量占总检测量的72.38%,检出的阳性数占总阳性数的48.18%;重点人群、羁押人员的检测量占总检测量的8.91%,但检出的阳性数占总阳性数的42.61%。重点人群的阳性检出率从2005年的0.038%上升到2014年0.246%;羁押人员的阳性率在0.056%与0.141%之间波动;医疗机构与其他人员的阳性率则较平缓,且维持在较低的水平。结论 HIV检测量的改变随检测策略的改变而改变,重点人群及羁押人员的检测更易发现HIV感染者,值得进一步扩大加强。
Objective To analyze the detection status of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) from 2005 to 2014 in Jinhua City and provide a scientific basis for the development of detection strategy. Methods Based on the HIV test data reported in the HIV / AIDS prevention and control information system, the data were analyzed by IBM SPSS 19.0. Conclusion The change of HIV test quantity changes with the change of detection strategy. The detection of key populations and detainees is more likely to find HIV-infected persons, which deserves to be further expanded and strengthened.
