潘库溴铵属非去极化型肌松药,又名本可松、潘可罗宁或巴活朗,临床上主要作外科手术麻醉的辅助用药,用于抽搐治疗较为少见。本文报道用潘库溴铵治疗有机氯农药中毒所致抽搐1例如下。患者男性,23岁。饮酒后误服有机氯农药约100ml,20分钟后急诊入院。查体:T 37.1℃,P 94次/min,R 28次/min,BP 150/90mmHg。浅昏迷,双瞳孔等大等圆,约0.4cm,对光反应迟钝,两肺未闻及干湿罗音,心律剂,心率94次/min,未闻及心杂音,腹平软,肝脾肋下未及,无病理征反射。血生化:ATL 27u/L,AST 107u/L,GGTP 125u/L,REA 5.1mmol/L,CRE 103μmol/L。血尿常规正常范围。立即给子清水洗胃,速尿20mg、地塞米松10mg静注。15分钟后患者出
