为了解眼科手术与全身病的相互影响，统计了１４８６例５０岁以上的白内障、青光眼及视网膜脱离等常见手术的并发症及手术期间发生的全身病。结果：患有全身病者白内障手术的并发症较多。眼科手术期间全身病的发生率为５．５％，最常见者为高血压及心脏病，且多与原有的全身病有关。患有各种不同全身病者虽多达全部病例的６５．５％，但术后死亡明显与眼科手术有关者仅有１例（０．６７‰）。结论：许多有全身病的中老年患者经过必要的术前准备及良好的术中术后监护，都可以安全完成眼科手术；在监护中应特别重视高血压、心脏病、及其他原有全身病的防治
To understand the interaction between ophthalmic surgery and systemic disease, 1486 cases of cataract over the age of 50, glaucoma and retinal detachment and other common surgical complications and systemic disease occurred during surgery. Results: There were more complications of systemic cataract surgery. The incidence of systemic disease during ophthalmic surgery was 5.5%, the most common being hypertension and heart disease, more often associated with systemic disease. Although there are 65.5% of all cases with various body diseases, the postoperative mortality was only 1 case (0.67 ‰) related to ophthalmic surgery. Conclusion: Many middle-aged and elderly patients with systemic diseases can safely complete the ophthalmic surgery after necessary preoperative preparation and good intraoperative and postoperative monitoring.
