1.规范制度运行,突出整体性第一,党内重大事项主动公开。定期公布区委重大决策、决定、决议;及时公开“三重一大”问题(决策的征求意见、决策的形成过程和决策的执行结果);主动公示全区处级以上干部选拔、任用、考核、奖惩的情况;及时公告全区各级党组织的换届选举情况、班子建设情况等。
1. Standardize the system of operation, highlighting the integrity of the first, major issues within the initiative to open. Regularly publish major decisions, decisions and resolutions of district committees; promptly disclose the issue of “three major and one major issues” (soliciting opinions for decision-making, forming process of decision-making and implementation of decision-making); actively publicizing the selection, appointment, Assessment, rewards and punishments; promptly announced the election of party organizations at all levels throughout the region, the team building and so on.
