活性掺合料取代部分高碱水泥,不仅可减少混凝土的有效含碱量,还能抑制碱-骨料反应。试验结果表明:掺合料本身含碱量也会影响抑制效果;掺合料取代水泥量越多,对碱-骨料的抑制作用越强,但取代量太大,会影响混凝土的物理力学性能,适宜取代量为10%左右。
The replacement of part of the high-alkali cement with an active admixture can not only reduce the effective alkali content of the concrete but also inhibit the alkali-aggregate reaction. The test results show that the alkali content of the admixture itself will also affect the inhibitory effect; the more the admixture replaces the cement, the stronger the inhibitory effect on the alkali-aggregate, but the too large substitution will affect the physical and mechanical properties of the concrete. The appropriate amount of substitution is about 10%.
