采用双层辉光离子渗金属技术在纯铁表面进行Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb多元共渗.结果表明:双层辉光离子Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb多元共渗可以在工业纯铁表面形成合金元素成分呈梯度分布镍基表面合金层.对双层辉光离子Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb多元共渗存在成分离析现象从合金元素的扩散原理探讨了其产生的机制.
Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb multiple co-infiltration was carried out on the surface of pure iron by double glow plasma infiltration metal technology. The results show that the Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb dual-glow coating can form a graded Ni-based surface alloy layer on the surface of industrial pure iron. The segregation phenomenon of binary glow-ion Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb multicomponent osmosis was discussed from the principle of diffusion of alloying elements.
