对地震波资料处理的方法,全世界各地差不多都广泛采用反褶积法(原文和图中为解褶法),可是,对此方法仍然有些不明白的地方。什么叫做反褶积法呢?根据罗伯特·谢里夫在勘探地球物理辞典中的解释是这样的:“消除另一滤波器效应的过程。设计一个反滤波器,用来和信号求褶积,以消除在先前因滤波过程所带来的不良影响。”对这一问题所产生的困难,通常是不了解震源所发出的信号波到底其形状如何?甚至也不知道该信号波以什么样的波形记录在磁带上。
