韶关市自１９７７年大面积推广杂交水稻以来，良种良法一起抓，十多年来，全市水稻生产发生了显著变化，由广东省的低产区跨入高产区行列。１９８８、１９８９两年推广百万亩杂交水稻栽培配套技术，增产增收，经济、社会效益显著。主要措施是：合理布局优良杂交组合；大力推广薄膜育秧和两段育秧；实行低群体高产栽培；因土配方施肥；综合防治病虫害；加强领导，增加投入，确保各项措施的落实。
Since the popularization of hybrid rice in large area in 1977, Shaoguan City has been grasping the good variety and good method. Over the past decade, the rice production in the city has undergone significant changes and has entered the ranks of high-yielding areas from the low-yielding areas in Guangdong. In 1988 and 1989, one million mu of hybrid rice cultivation techniques were popularized to increase production and income, with significant economic and social benefits. The main measures are: rational distribution of good hybrid combinations; vigorously promote the film seedlings and two sections of seedlings; low-yielding high-yielding cultivation; soil preparation and fertilization; comprehensive prevention and control of pests and diseases; strengthen leadership and increase input to ensure the implementation of various measures.
