在玉米芯栽培料中添加不同量麦粒,研究杏鲍菇的菌丝生长、产量表现并对其进行经济效益分析。结果表明:在玉米芯栽培料中,随着麦粒量的增多,菌丝生长速度变慢,但菌丝的长势有所增强;添加麦粒有增产效果,但并非添加麦粒越多,杏鲍菇产量越高。其中,处理B的(添加了12%麦粒)产量最高,生物转化率达73%,与处理A、C达0.05水平显著差异,与CK达0.01水平显著差异;按投入与产出的比例计算,各处理的经济效益高低顺序为:处理B>处理A>CK>处理C。
