目的:根据能量转移荧光猝灭程度,建立一种荧光猝灭法测定环境水样中痕量镉的新方法。方法:在无水乙醇介质中,Cd2+与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)形成PAN-Cd2+配合物,其吸收光谱与罗丹明6G(Rh6G)的发射光谱有效重叠,发生能量转移,使Rh6G荧光猝灭,从而建立了痕量镉的荧光猝灭测定新方法。结果:在优化实验条件下,在31~800 ng/ml浓度范围内,Rh6G荧光猝灭程度与ρCd2+呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。方法的检出限为9.0 ng/ml。结论:方法灵敏、快速、简便,用于环境水样中痕量镉的测定,结果满意。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a new fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace cadmium in environmental water samples based on the degree of fluorescence quenching of energy transfer. Methods: PAN-Cd2 + complex was formed between Cd2 + and 1- (2-pyridylazo) -2-naphthol (PAN) in anhydrous ethanol and its absorption spectrum was effectively overlapped with that of rhodamine 6G , The energy transfer occurs, and the fluorescence of Rh6G is quenched. A new fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace cadmium is established. Results: Under the optimum conditions, the fluorescence intensity of Rh6G showed a good linear relationship with ρCd2 + (r = 0.9999) in the concentration range of 31 ~ 800 ng / ml. The detection limit of the method is 9.0 ng / ml. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, rapid and simple and is suitable for the determination of trace cadmium in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
