利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段对高压洗涤器引管的微观组织、腐蚀形貌、化学成分等进行观察和分析。结果表明,引管的化学成分符合不锈钢和耐热钢022Cr25Ni22Mo2N的要求,微观组织为单相奥氏体+孪晶,伴有点状析出相。引管内壁出现腐蚀坑,腐蚀产物疏松多孔,具有典型的阳极溶解特征。表面钝化膜的局部缺陷和组织中的第二相成为点蚀的诱发因素。
The microstructure, corrosion morphology and chemical composition of high pressure washer were observed and analyzed by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the chemical composition of the guide tube meets the requirements of 022Cr25Ni22Mo2N for stainless steel and heat-resisting steel. The microstructure is single-phase austenite + twin with precipitated phase. Corrosion pits appear on the inner wall of the guide tube, and the corrosion products are loose and porous with typical characteristics of anodic dissolution. The local defects of the surface passivation film and the second phase in the structure become the predisposing factors for pitting corrosion.
