通过组建农民期货合作社,引领农民进入市场,建立农产品流通的新模式,是实现我国农业市场化发展的必然选择,是规避价格波动风险的有力保障,是提高农民收入,促进农民脱贫致富的有效手段。本文拟分析吉林农村开展期货合作社的条件与制约,为大力发展农村期货合作社,建立社会主义和谐新农村提供一些有益的参考。
It is an inevitable choice to realize market-oriented development of agriculture in our country by setting up peasant futures cooperatives to lead peasants into the market and establishing a new mode of circulation of agricultural products. It is an effective guarantee to avoid the risk of price fluctuation and an effective means to increase peasants’ income and promote peasants to get out of poverty. . This article intends to analyze the conditions and constraints of developing futures cooperatives in rural Jilin and provide some useful references for vigorously developing rural futures cooperatives and building a harmonious socialist new countryside.
